Nachtjagdraum 4

Moin,

gerade ist mir aufgefallen, daß in der Diskussion zum Konaja DROSSEL Leif einen Kartenausschnitt gepostet hat, der mich etwas irritiert hat.

Nach dieser Karte gab es für den Raum 4 die Bereiche ... B, C, D.
Sollte es sich um einen Fehler in der Karte handeln, oder ist mir/uns da schlichtweg etwas entgangen?

I do not know if i understand your question well, but do you mean Raum 4 had 4 Bereiche and other had 3 bereiche?

Acc list of august 1943:

for 1.Jagddivision: Raum 4 ABCD, Raum 5 ABC, Raum 6 ABC.
for 2.Jagddivision: Raum 1 ABC, Raum 2 ABCD, Raum 3 ABC.

thanks a lot for your hints.

I must have had a wrong picture in my mind when thinking about those Nachtjagdräume. When I´m looking westward, the zone 5 is in front of my eyes. This NJR 5 contained just three parts A, B and C.
When I found that snippet of a card that Leif had posted some time ago in another thread I was quite confused to see a part 4D

But those differences must have had also impacts on at least two fields: the human ressources and the technical equipment that was required to cope the different tasks...

So i did understand your question properly! Sometimes German looks like Enigma to me.........
