I have done numerous updates to subject. There are enough "blanks" to keep us occupied for some time.
For a starter I would greatly appreciate info on the first GefStd of the NJD in Oldenburg. Please see:

The question could be: was the first NJD command post in Oldenburg in Oldenburg or Oldenburg in Holstein or in one of the other three Oldenburgs in Germany?
Nevertheless I tend to the first possibility, ´cause there has been an air base/airfield since the beginning of the last century.
Maybe the former Gefechtsstand was or is on the air base area.

Oldenburg selbst hat derzeit keinen eigenen Flughafen, nachdem der an der Alexanderstraße (north-west of the city) gelegene Militärflughafen geschlossen wurde. Über die zivile Nutzung dieses ehemaligen Flughafengeländes nach Weggang der Bundeswehr gibt es noch keine Einigung. Voraussichtlich wird auf dem Gelände ein Gewerbegebiet und ein Wohngebiet entstehen. Eine Nachnutzung als Flughafen ist nicht geplant.

I think we are talking about the Oldenburg, which later became a Bundeswehr base. The question is, if the GefStd was on/in the vicinity of the base or in the town.
And thank you very much for the leads (links), time and time again I've found, that it is info like this that finally lead me to the gate of the GefStd.
