Kurfuerst-Thanks for the photos-this bunker loooks the most familiar to 'mine'

Michel
It's quite close to Gdynia(Gdingen/Gotenhafen):
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grafika:Tr ... miasto.jpg
If it was in gdyynia i would connect this bunker to Kriegsmarine activity but it is on the place when exists only fields.
It' lay close to rail road directly to port in Gdansk(Daznig).
Mayby this ramp could be a hint...
Very close lays also 4 LS Deckunggraben

@ndrew,

Do you have any GPS coordinates to pin-point it?

If it was close to Gotehafen i would say is was a Naval construction.

There was a Torpedoversuchsanstallt (Torpedo test station) in Gotehafen.
http://www.feldgrau.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=15122&
Near Gotenhafen Hexengrund was a airfield for testing aerialtorpedo's. I don't know were Hexengrund is and what it is called now.

There was a U-Boot penn planed in Gotehafen.

Is there any other thing to see in the area? Rails for small gauge locomotives for example? Have you been in there? My best guess is a bunker technical equipment (generator, transformer). Strange is the ramp in front, probably meant to transport heavy material in the bunker.
Was there a airfield in that area during WWII?

Hello

GPS for '~dom-bunker'?-may be the location on map?->please sent PM with e-mail to receive copy of location.
T(orpedo)
W(affen)
P(latz) = [Gdynia Babie-Doly] still exists-but is ca.1,5km far from

T(orpedo)
V(ersuchs)
A(nstallt) = [Gdynia-Oksywie].
There is also a third one near Stargard(Stettin) ....GWP

The airfield in TWP still exists-is on military area but sometimes open for airshows.Photos on link provided by You were taken by Jan-Hendrik during our excursion to this built and they shows TWP.There are typical Warsaw-Pact plane shelters(arc-shaped).

TVA is on military area but can be visible form the sea shore.
TWP was invloved in testing & design of :torpedos, plane racks/pylons,exercising of attacking ships....including Hs 293 tests-it's like small Penemunde :)
Also rumours about UFO and so on-no comments.
There was a U-Boot penn planed in Gotehafen.
Yes I know-gues that design concept was made DYWIDAG and overall shape of pens was to be similar as in Rugia(also planned)
The question is were was planned location...

Yes I was there
Rails are close to the bunker but seems that additional railroad was not built to bunker etrance/gates.
The ramp seem to be for heavy stuff-agree
Generator -could be-because there is a hole from the back side(for electrical wires???)
Airfield hmm fields with grass ,guite straight surface->mayby airfield

Cheers

Hallo,
vom Bunkerthema weit weg

TWP Gdynia Babie-Doly= TWP Gotenhafen Hexengrund

Beate

Czesc @ndrew and michel,

herewith you've answered @ndrews question yourselfs. ;-)

Please take a look at this side: Strona Nandiego with a good description of function of this Generator-Schron.

The only thing that seems not to be right is the year of construction 1943 (?). Because if you have a look to the air picture in Google Earth, taken in 12/1943, you only see an unbuilt field without any schron. So the Schron must have been built later than 12/1943.
