Moin,
kennt jemand diesen Eisenbahnwagen in dieser besonderen Art der Verwendung? Bislang waren sFF für mich eigentlich ortsfeste Einrichtungen, meinetwegen verlegefähig, aber so mobil?

Hi Eric,
INTERESTING and nice picture. The wagon seems to come out of the same series as this:

I know from the KTB of II JK, that L FF were mobile and moved frequently in the spring of 1945. I can scan and mail the relevant pages if you are interested.

Hi SES,
this waggon must be part of Reichsregierungszug, if the information is proper.
But where could have been (on, in or wheresoever) the devices needed for a FF?

Hi Eric,
Thank you for the link. I have looked for models of these trains for a while, but my Google-Foo must have been bad, since I never found this link. Now my wallet is going to be a little slimmer.
That aside. The configuration I have shown of ASIEN is as of 1942, we know that it changed over the years, but not how. A FF waggon would make perfect sense since it would enable a liason aircraft (e.g. a Fi 156) to find the train and deliver/pick-up persons or mail.
