sorry, but the hotel in your link is a completely different building and the font of the name of the restaurant "Regal..." isn't the same font of the hotel "Regal" on your photo.

I can't believe that it should be the same building.

Hi redsea, the photo from my link was taken again (!) by german troops in 1918, the hotel was rebuilt/remade after the 1940 earthquake.

part of the text in the center seem to be "nou" or something similar. According to some websearch "nou" can be translated into "new" or "neu" (in german). If the hotel had been rebuilt, it would match.
