Good Morning friends.
I have found a foundation at Karup, which I cannot correlate with anything I have seen before or can find in the literature, any help would be appreciated.
Please see:

Hi SES,

I am not sure but I think I saw a picture in a Trenkle book which did show something looking quite similar.

I will take a look in the evening at home and tell you wether I am right or not.

Kind regards,
Torsten

Hi Torsten,
I have been through Trenkle's books, but I could not find a match. Please note that the irons are just that, they are not bolts, there is only one in each of the small blocks, what could you possibly afix and how? The center block could support a larger mast and the small ones fairly small antenna. There is a power cable passing under the foundation, so what ever was there needed el.-power. My trusty metal detector found it, I dug, and found that the cable is still in use to-day providing power to a nearby house, which also was in use during the war.

Foundations

Hi SES,

I have not found the exact picture I meant. Probably I got confused with the picture of a "Hyperbelfächer Drehfunkfeuer called Erika". The foundations are not exactly the same but a bit similar.

I will try to scan the picture tomorrow.

Kind regards,
Torsten

Hi Torsten,
I know what you mean, but an Erica it is not (Yuda :-)), it's way too small.
