I got some questions:
The Adcock was/is used for getting the right directions of the transmissions in 40-45 and now; but which ones then?
1) own airplanes ?
2) Tagjagd oder Nachtjagd ?
3) enemy airplanes, but only when they are transmitting ?
but:
-for tracking the Luftwaffe used they Y-towers (in 1943 and later)
-for tracking they used their FuMG geräte.
How did they got it organized ; does anyone know ?

Hi Rene,
anwers to some of your questions are provided here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Direction_finding and in some of the linked chapters.
Adcock D/F's were used for
Fremd-Peilung (Foreign direktion finding) upon request by an aircraft. Best results wer obtained by usage of two different d/f on the ground.
Eigenpeilung (self-d/f) was done inside the aircraft by using a special d/f-receiver plus antenna and a Beacon (NDB or DB) at a known position.
A
Peiler-Haus (d/f-hut) at an airfield was part of the equipment used for a
blind-landing system (early ILS). The equipment at the Peiler-Haus transmitted the directed signal of the glide-path, marker transmitters sent out signals showing the distance to the touch-down point.
Y-towers were used for obtaining
secondary RADAR informations, a special transmitter at the aircraft was triggered to send out a coded signal, this was used for direction finding and distance measuring.
FuMG are today called RADAR (active).

P.S.: Für Wolf: Auf der von dir genannten Skizze sind auch das Peilerhaus und die Haupt-Landerichtung (Gleitpfad-Grundlinie) zu sehen.
