Some "Funkfeuer" were in fact Leuchtfeuer (Leif!)

I've checked Leif's database for updates and saw a thing which embarassed me for a while. When you look, for example, at northern Poland, you may see as much as 7 objects, qualified as "Funkfeuer". Three of them, codenamed Gisela, Ursula and Wiking, are however suspicious to me.

I have a Polish book, which shows the map "Nachtjagdnavigationskarte 1 : 4 000 000, Herausgegeben von NJG3-NO). The copy is very bad and needs careful examination in perfect light and some magnifying glass. There are four main navigational aids indicated:
- Schweres Funkfeuer
- Leichtes Funkfeuer
- Leuchtfeuer
- "Bernhardine" (should be: "Bernhard")

When I looked up the map and compared it with Leif's database, I saw that the above mentioned "Funkfeuer" were in fact Leuchtfeuer!

There are many more such cases in Leif's database. I think a couple of dozens of named "radio" beacons were, in fact, light beacons.

Taking Denmark and Schleswig-Holstein Land as an example, the map from my book shows the following navigational aids:
- Bernhard Be10 (square KR-KS)
- Bernhard Be9 (SS-ST)
- leichte Funkfeuer 26 (HU)
- leichte Funkfeuer "Herzog" (OR-PR, Esjberg)
- schwere Funkfeuer 14 (QK, Bornholm)
- at least 5 Leuchtfeuer:
"Arthur" (HT-JT),
name unclear (MT)
"Dieter" (PT)
probable name "Viktor" (ST-SU)
name unclear (OD)

I think the fact that so many objects classified in the database as "Funkfeuer" were indeed Leuchtfeuer is quite noteworthy, and we should work on altering some of the inputs.

brgds,
Michal

Hi!

I guess this is due to the fact that we split up Funkfeuer and Leuchtfeuer into two categories (it was just one before). Anyhow, of course you're right - this should be fixed. Il will have a look and fix the ones I'm sure about, Leif will have to do the rest.

... just fixed Gisela, Ursula, Viktor, Wiking. Leif will have to look into the others - he's far more knowledgeable than I am regarding this topic.
