Mystery bunker, GefStd or LS?
Mystery bunker, GefStd or LS?
Hi,
To-day I came across this photo in Flyvevåbnets Historiske Samling at Karup. The origin is totally obscure, the donator, the place and the purpose. From the looks of it, it is either a GefStd or a LS Bunker. But where? and GefStd or LS-Bunker? Can anyone possibly help.

Hi,
One of my Bunker-Nerd associates just came up with this:
http://www.luftschutzbunker-wilhelmshav ... trutz.html
I think we are very close to the type. Questions remains - where?

Hi,
as far as I know nobody was able to find the official name for these buildings so far, at least I haven't found any hint in the internet or my books.
Don't take my statement too serious as far as this made-up expression is concerned... But I really find it quite ridiculous to create new names for building-types of the 2nd Worldwar, which real names are simply forgotten.
Regards,
Matthias
